Rachel Ryan, a certified personal trainer and nutritional consultant, has spent her life helping people of all ages to live to their best potential.
As a former teacher and educational consultant, she applies the same enthusiasm to her roles as a Trainer, Nutrition Educator, Weight Loss Coach, and Presenter.
Rachel has extensive experience working with children, teens, adults and families; and has worked in private training gyms, corporations, sports facilities, schools and wellness centers.
Rachel’s philosophy, “knowledge is power”, along with core conditioning and strength training are the cornerstones to the success of each individual. Recognizing that everyone is unique, she provides a balanced approach that will meet the needs of each client. Working with the available time and resources, Rachel’s primary focus is to create workable solutions for busy lives.
In addition to being a personal trainer, Rachel is owner of Rachel Ryans Fitness Center, a semi-private gym, in Chester, Ct.
She holds both a B.A. and a M.A. from Connecticut College in New London, CT.
